SKOVGAARD GALLERY FEATURING
Per Skovgaard
MIXED MEDIA ARTIST
" 123 TRANSFORMER "

Transformer is a public exhibition that runs through Christiania, and is based on the dialogue that occurs when people meet in a fusion of cultures and diversity in the public space. The exhibition is located in the middle of a focal point in Copenhagen, and is a preferred destination for tourists and people with completely different starting points and purposes
Per Skovgaard works parallel in the public space as a street artist.
He works with symbolism, black-and-white contrasts and complex rebuses that invite the viewer to find their own opinion.
• His solo project, Transformer, is about the transformation of the human from A to B and the idea of making the impossible possible. It is both a inner world and a mathematical landscape in mid space occurring , where the inner and outer worlds merge and vivify
• Per has contributed to Christiania’s visual expression with his works on walls and facades, which often reflect on reality, dream, sleep and the transformation and process of human beings.
• He describes his art as a mixture of the private and public space, the interior and the exterior, with a focus on transformation and growth.
